1. Scope of Work
Each project is tailored to the client’s specific requirements. A detailed scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins.

2. Fees & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any project.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to delivery or installation.

3. Changes & Revisions
Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and revised timelines.

4. Procurement & Third Parties
Where items are sourced from third-party suppliers, availability, pricing, and lead times are subject to change and outside of our control.

5. Installation
Installation services will be scheduled as agreed. The client is responsible for ensuring site access and readiness. Any delays may incur additional costs.

6. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after commencement, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed up to that point may be charged.

7. Liability
We take care to ensure quality and accuracy; however, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Product Warranty & Guarantees
All products sourced are supplied by third-party vendors. Any warranties, guarantees, or product-related claims are the responsibility of the respective supplier or manufacturer.
We do not provide warranties on third-party products and are not liable for defects, damages, or faults once items have been delivered or installed.
We may assist in facilitating communication with suppliers where reasonably possible.

9. Product Documentation & Aftercare
All invoices, receipts, and warranty documentation for purchased items will be provided directly to the client where possible. It is the client’s responsibility to retain these documents for any future claims.
We are not responsible for managing, processing, or resolving warranty claims with third-party suppliers.

10. Acceptance
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

11. On-Site Work & Liability
While all reasonable care is taken during installation and on-site work, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, site-related issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is safe, accessible, and ready for installation.
We recommend that clients maintain appropriate insurance cover where necessary.
